5:30 - 6:30 AM Pump-It Plus This class has the same sculpting and strengthening movements as Pump-it with a bonus: short bursts of calorie-burning, cardio movements! Jump-start your week by making it your best hour of the day! Cathy
7:30 - 8:30 AM Step This step class is a favorite of many! Be led through friendly combinations of cardio step movements that will keep your heart working and calories burning. The step provides a super conditioning workout for all ages and fitness levels! Padrin
10:30 - 11:15 AM Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Jennifer
12:15 - 12:50 PM Core Fusion Not just another ab workout! Join us for this core focused total body workout. You will work your body from head to toe as you incorporate core focus (abs, back and glutes) into every exercise. Jeanne
5:15 - 6:15 PM Power Hour Welcome all fitness levels! We target all major muscle groups through interval training in this time efficient workout. Cardio step & floor segments are followed by body sculpting to build muscle strength, endurance, balance & flexibility. You'll get it all in Power Hour! It's the total body workout you’ve been looking for! Ann
6:30 - 7:30 PM Yoga (6/7 to 7/19)** See front desk for dates & prices. Yoga has grown in popularity as a balanced system of health & fitness. This class is designed for all fitness levels. The sequences are designed to increase confidence, strengthen the body, create flexibility in the joints and increase circulation to the organs. Emphasis on the breath will accompany all postures. Wear comfortable clothing and it is recommended to have not eaten prior to class. Erin

5:30 - 6:30 AM Cardio Kickboxing Intensely high energy, dripping with seat, muscle burning, knock yourself out type of class! We kick, punch, jab and develop core/ab strength and stability, finishing with gentle stretching. Workout strong and be ready for the day! Everyone welcome! Charis
8:00 - 9:00 AM Circuit/Intervals Cross training is an effective way to exercise. We alternate weeks between Interval and Circuit formats. Intervals – as a group, we interval train between different muscle groups. Circuit – We rotate through a series of toning stations. Jennifer
10:30 - 11:30 AM Young at Heart Geared towards the older adult. We'll enjoy each other's company while we perform toning and strengthening exercises using state-of-the-art circuit machines and toning equipment. We'll change the exercises from class to class to provide variety, avoid injury and promote strength. You'll leave feeling strong and ready to take on the activities of the day!

Let NETA certified trainer, Lori Elwood, help you zero-in on your summer beach body! Target your trouble zones with moves to sculpt your arms and legs, flatten your abs and tighten your butt. We will do pre and post assessments with an optional photo-shoot. Expect healthy eating tips and information. Burn it off BootCamp style!

Tai Chi is a Chinese health exercise performed in a slow fluid manner as the body moves through a dance-like set while practicing abdominal breathing. Benefits of tai chi include: relaxation, increased energy, improved balance and posture, pain management and improved mental focus. Diane

The class focuses on gentle movements for the entire body. Partially submerged, the water will support your body while reducing the impact of movements on your joints. 8:00 - 9:00 AM F.L.U.I.D (Fibromyalgia, Lower body, Upper body, Issues for De-conditioned people): A therapeutic pool can be the best place to perform physical activity for people with chronic conditions. Individuals with diabetes, arthritis, Parkinson's Disease, and Fibromyalgia can escape from the effects of their condition, enjoy movement and experience improvements in muscle strength, joint range of motion, and balance.
