as a balanced system of health & fitness. This class is designed for all fitness levels. The sequences are designed to
increase confidence, strengthen the body, create flexibility in the joints and increase circulation to the organs. Emphasis
on the breath will accompany all postures. Wear comfortable clothing and it is recommended to have not eaten prior to class. |

Cardio Kickboxing
Intensely high energy, dripping with seat, muscle burning,
knock yourself out type of class! We kick, punch, jab and develop core/ab strength

Cross training is an effective way to exercise. We alternate weeks
between Interval and Circuit formats. Intervals – as a group, we interval train between different
muscle groups. Circuit – We rotate through a series of toning stations. |

legs, flatten your abs and tighten your butt. We will do pre and post assessments
with an optional photo-shoot. Expect healthy eating tips and information. Burn it off BootCamp style!

Tai Chi is a Chinese health exercise performed in a slow fluid manner as the body moves
through a dance-like set while practicing abdominal breathing. Benefits of tai chi include:
