5:30 - 6:30 AM Pump-It Plus This class has the same sculpting and strengthening movements as Pump-it with a bonus: short bursts of calorie-burning, cardio movements! Jump-start your week by making it your best hour of the day! Cathy
8:15 - 9:15 AM New - Extreme Calorie Burn!
The ultimate fat-burning workout for an even LEANER BODY! Designed to shred calories and eliminate fat. Be prepared to work hard as you move through a time-based, series of challenging, compound strength exercises followed by short, intense cardio intervals. In addition, every 3rd week we will do a Circuit Training workout. This offers special qualities like varied time, specialized machines and equipment and very little rest between stations to maximize fat burning! intervals.

10:30 - 11:15 AM Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Lori

8:15 - 9:00 AM Core Fusion Question: “How do I get rid of this inner-tube around my middle?” Answer: Eating a CLEAN diet, cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times per week and THIS class! Tone and strengthen the core muscles in many different planes of movement! Jennifer
10:30 - 11:30 AM Young at Heart Geared towards the older adult. We’ll enjoy each other’s company while we perform toning and strengthening exercises using state-of-the art circuit machines and toning equipment. We’ll change the exercises from class to class to provide variety, avoid injury and promote strength. You’ll leave feeling strong and ready to take on the activities of the day!

Stretching is just as important as brushing your teeth! Most people approach it half-heartedly, but stretching is essential for strength, muscle balance, tension, stress, and daily routine performance. No need to be flexible to join this class. In time you will notice more range of motion in areas of tightness and your body will yearn for a good stretch each week! Join us! Jennifer

The class focuses on gentle movements for the entire body. Partially submerged, the water will support your body while reducing the impact of movements on your joints. 8:00 - 9:00 AM F.L.U.I.D (Fibromyalgia, Lower body, Upper body, Issues for De-conditioned people): A therapeutic pool can be the best place to perform physical activity for people with chronic conditions. Individuals with diabetes, arthritis, Parkinson's Disease, and Fibromyalgia can escape from the effects of their condition, enjoy movement and experience improvements in muscle strength, joint range of motion, and balance.
