11:00-11:45** AM SilverSneakers® Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for reistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or seated support. Diane
12:15 - 12:50 PM Core Training Not just another ab workout! Join us for this core focused total body workout. You will work your body form head to toe as you incorporate core focus (abs, back and glutes) into every exercise. Jeanne

Cardio step & floor segments are followed by body sculpting to build muscle strength, endurance, balance & flexibility. You'll get it all in Interval Challenge. 6:00 - 7:00 AM Total Body Movement A fusion of exercises utilizing body movements that incorporate medicine balls, stability balls, weighted bars, dumbells, and your body to create a workout that will imprve your cardiovascular health and strengthen and sculpt your muscles. Each class will have a unique focus and an be preformed by all fitness levels. A great way to start your day! Charis

Join us for half & half: a half hour of basic Pilates, followed by a half hour of basic strength trainingl Come for the Pilates, come for the strength, or stay for the whole hour!
