The sequences are designed to increase confidence, strengthen the body, created flexibility in the joints, and increase circulation to the organs. Emphasis on the breath will accompany all postures. Wear comfortable clothing and it is recommended to have not eaten prior to class. |

Circuit/IntervalsCross training is an effective way to exercise. We alternate weeks between Interval and Circuit formats. Intervals - as a group, we interval train between different muscle groups. Circuit we rotate through a series of toning stations. |

Moms In Motion The water provides a wonderful environment for the pregnant mother to perform cardiovascular and strength/toning movements. Pre-Natal moms will enjoy the buoyancy effect as it gives the feeling of "feeling lighter". Enjoy a workout that strengthens important muscles and increases stamina for the "marathon" of labor. Water can reduce swelling and offer a very relaxing environment! |
