Personal Training

Team Rehab’s Certified Personal Trainers will customize a realistic and attainable plan to help you achieve your goals. We work with you on a one-on-one basis to listen to your needs and plan a program involving the many wonderful wellness options available to you as a Team Rehab Member. Your exercise program can be developed to include aqua and cardiovascular workouts, as well as strength and flexibility training. We take all the variables into account—your schedule, your eating habits, your exercise preferences, and so on—to personalize a realistic plan that you can attain. We give you the knowledge and instruction you need to understand how your body works, and how diet and exercise are both an integral part of giving you the results you want.

Personal Fitness Assessment

A Fitness Assessment is used to establish a baseline or to update your fitness progress and includes the following:

  • Body fat percentage
  • Measurements, weight
  • Strength test
  • Flexibility test
  • Cardiovascular test

Cost: $25 (please do not drink caffeine for 4-5 hours before assessment)

General fitness involves a balance between your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. A participant is encouraged not to dwell on the results, but to realize that with a regular, enjoyable exercise program, a healthier and happier you will develop.

Allow 3 months between next fitness assessment

Individual Personal Training

One hour sessions - Appointments are scheduled as often as you wish
(Or, share an appointment or package with a friend to save on costs and increase motivation and adherence)

Cost:
$30 per session
$84 for 3 sessions
$153 for 6 sessions
$240 for 10 sessions
*Payment in full, or by monthly electronic fund transfers (EFTs)

You and your personal trainer will discuss your goals and establish an exercise program based on your medical and exercise history. Every program is unique and each member will improve at his or her own pace while enjoying different forms of exercise.
