Euro-Team Therapy is an emerging new European pediatric approach to treating children with disabilities. Sessions include two, three, or four weeks of intensive physical therapy aimed at specific motor strengthening with the use of a Therasuit™ (see www.suittherapy.com for more information), pulleys, bungee cords and strength training equipment. Team Rehab began offering Euro-Team Therapy in the spring of 2003 in its state-of-the-art wellness and rehabilitation center. The therapy sessions make use of Team Rehab’s therapeutic pool, gym, treadmills and a variety of handicap-accessible Cybex equipment.
