Euro Team Intensive Therapy Policy:

Scheduling and deposit

The Euro Team pediatric therapy session offers different programs tailored to your child’s needs, ranging from three hour to four and one-half hour sessions, 5 days a week for two, three or four weeks.  This is a big commitment, but it is necessary in order to fully benefit from the therapy sessions.  Please only schedule your session during a time when you know there will not be any scheduling conflicts on your part.  A $500 deposit is required upon scheduling to reserve your child’s spot and is non-refundable within 90 days prior to the start of the program.  If a deposit is not received to secure your reservation, your spot will become available to someone else.  The remaining balance of the program (minus the $500 deposit) is due no later than the first day of the program.  Payment can be made by cash, check, and money order, Visa or Master Card

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are only accepted if a) the child does not meet criteria to participate in our program or b) your physician will not authorize participation in the program due to medical reasons.  In these situations the amount paid will be refunded in full.

If you need to cancel for some other reason, the money you paid will be credited to your account.  Your credit will be honored for up to one full year from the date the reservation was cancelled.  Should you choose to reschedule, you can apply your credit towards another session within one year from the date of cancellation.

Sick Policy

Due to the fragile nature of our patients, please be courteous and do NOT bring your child for therapy if they have any of the following:

If your child becomes ill during a session, we will discuss the situation with a parent/guardian and the child will need to be seen by a physician.  If there is an emergency situation, Team Rehab staff will call 911 and we will contact the parent/guardian if they are not present.  If the child comes to therapy with any infectious illness, it is up to the clinician’s discretion to cancel the treatment.  If your child misses a treatment due to illness, we will attempt to make up the time.  Your child is very important to us and we want to ensure that they will get the most out of their therapy sessions. But, pushing an ill child to continue therapy will not benefit the child.

Billing Policy

Full Payment is expected on the first day of the program.

Team Rehab cannot guarantee benefits or provide information regarding reimbursement from your insurance as it all depends on your benefit contract and can vary depending on said contract.  It is each family’s responsibility to communicate with their insurance company regarding participation in the program and any reimbursement.  Team Rehab can provide you with an example of itemized billing so that you can communicate with your insurance company and might know in advance what to expect for reimbursement
